"Easy return, no hassel"
I had to send back a hoodie I got from Fanatics because the sizing was kinda off. I thought it might turn into a whole thing, but it was actually easy. The return label was simple to get and the directions were clear enough. I dropped it off and got updates after, which was nice becuase I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. My refund came back faster than I expected too. No annoying back and forth or weird problems. I’d def order from them again.

"I got a hoodie and a jersey..."
I got a hoodie and a jersey from Fanatics and, you know, I’m totally calm about how much I like them. The colors look right, the stitching is clean, and nothing feels cheap or flimsy. I’ve already washed the hoodie twice and it’s still holding up just fine. So yeah, no big deal, but I’m happy with the order

"exchange wasn’t Easy"
I thought the exchange would be simple, but it ended up being more of a hassle than expected. Had to go through a few extra steps and it wasn’t super clear what I needed to do. eventually got it sorted, but it could’ve been smoother

"Decent deals, but shipping adds up"
I’ll admit, the deals are actually good and I’ve found a few things worth buying. I just wish the shipping was cheaper, because it kind of takes away from the savings a bit. Still, overall it’s not a bad place to shop.

They’ve got a big mix of teams and gear to choose from, which I do like. The only thing is, the sizes I need and some of the nicer designs seem to be out of stock a lot, so it can be frustrating trying to find what I actually want. I’ve also wondered a bit about the quality on some items, so I usually look carefully before deciding.

"Canceling was super quick"
I had to cancel my order right after I placed it because I’d picked the wrong size. I thought it’d be a whole hassle, but it wasn’t at all. The cancellation confirmation came through fast, and my refund showed up without me having to go back and forth with anyone. It’s nice when customer service actually works the way it should.

"Took too long to arrive, but the jersey was okay"
I ordered a jersey to Germany and the whole shipping part was frustrating. The price was decent, but the delivery took longer than the tracking originally showed, which was annoying. On top of that, I had to deal with a customs fee, so that left a bad impression too. The jersey did arrive in good condition, so I can’t say it was a complete disaster, but overall it felt average and not something I’d be excited to repeat.

"Custom jersey turned out really nice"
I ordered a jersey with my name on it, and it came out better than I thought it would. The stitching looks clean, the letters are straight, and it doesn’t have that cheap, rushed look some custom stuff has. It did take a little while to show up, but once I saw it, that part didn’t really bother me. Whatever they did with the custom work, it was done right.

"Quick and easy refund"

The jersey fits well, but the name print started cracking after just a few washes. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to hold up a little better

"Tracking Was More Confusing Than Helpful"
I ordered a hoodie from Fanatics, and the tracking was kind of all over the place. It said my package was still in another state, and then somehow it showed up at my door that same afternoon. I’m glad it arrived, but the confusing updates were unnecessary and made it hard to know when I should be home. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be better. Three stars feels about right

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered a hoodie from fanatics and, to be honest, I was kind of prepared for it to take a while. I usually keep a close eye on tracking just in case something gets delayed or lost, but everything updated like it should and it showed up in about 3 days.
It actually arrived before the weekend, which was a nice surprise. No issues with the delivery or the package, so I’m happy with how smooth it went.

"Everything matched up"
I’m the kind of person who checks the box piece by piece to make sure everything lines up, and this was one of those nice times where it all did. Nothing missing, nothing off, everything was correct in the box.
